Sure Loc Interlocking - Out of Business

I appreciated the quick turnaround with thanks to Chris N., Chris W. and crew for their support. The job was completed faster than my expectations. Had concerns that were not written on the contract that was dealt with quickly to my satisfaction. Beyond the cost of the job, after sales service is key for me and so far they provided the support I need. The quality of workmanship is difficult to gauge because its newly built but I have full confidence if issues come up that they will address my concerns swiftly. Thanks!

Adrian, our sales guy, was very attentive to all our requests and came up with a pretty good project for our patio. The construction team was very fast with a lot of people and equipment on site, which meant that the whole project was completed in two days. Very impressive! Although generally, the work quality was pretty good, some of the stonework was not as even as it should have been; the joints were filled with sand in a rush (the downside of fast work), so we had to fill the remaining gaps ourselves the following day. Adrian had a follow-up visit to check on work after it was completed, and was also there to look over the rework we wanted done.

High quality work; the neighbours had some work done last year and they were impressed; so were we; this is the reason we picked Sur - Loc; very polite company representatives as well (Paul and Chris)

Side Bar - We also are having our driveway done and the asphalt guys (another company) knocked some stones out of alignment; Chris from Sur - Loc had some great advice in dealing with the paving company on this issue; if it doesn't workout with the paving firm, I would not hesitate in paying Sur-Loc to fix the minor damage;

I would not hesitate in recommending Sur - Loc; If I owned another property, I would have them do work there as well;

They also promised to drop off some polymeric sand to use on the pavers; however I am still waiting for that but I would still recommend Sur Loc. One final note - my wife was very happy with the work - the ultimate judge of home reno projects. So if she is happy with it, the work must be good.

The team was very quick to do the service. It was done before the waiting time. Everyone was efficient and did the job properly and even gave us some helpful advice. Will definitely pass on their number. Thanks Sure Loc!
