Sure Loc Interlocking - Out of Business

Once again, I am pleased with the work of Sureloc. Six years ago I hired them to do work in the backyard of my old house. Now, in my new home, I once again find the final product to be stunning! Aside from their work, I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to complete the project. More communication would have been helpful here. It took almost 5 weeks longer than the time I was quoted however once the workers started the project it was completed quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Gina and Paul for their professionalism and pleasant manners. I felt very comfortable talking to them about my ideas and concerns.

Aside from the five week delay after excavation, the end job was satisfying and beautiful. We are constantly getting compliments by neighbors and strangers as they pass by our house. I have to commend Phil (sales) on the whole concept of the design and sending a good crew out to create and install it. Kudos to Marco and his crew for doing such a beautiful job too. He really came through for us.

**Edit...In 2015 we saw some cracks in the tiles. They came over to look at it but they notified us via email that they will no longer cover the cost of repair.

I wanted to hire an excellent Company to get the job done. I'm a very detail oriented person. I got quotes from about 7 other companies, but decided to use Sur-Loc Interlocking despite some negative reviews on them. They did the excavation in 5 hours. I waited 5 weeks for the area to settle. They came in and finished my 2500 sq. ft. in 2 1/2 days. The job was well done and it looks excellent! All my neighbours love it. I continue to get positive comments. Thanks to Scott and team for a job well done. Also Chris is an excellent sales person.

Sure-Loc has alot of good points:
1. They get the job done fast.
2. They do a great job.
3. They clean up the mess as fast as they can.

However the things I was disappointed with were:
1. They took a very long time to start the job
2. The didn't fully finish the excuvation and I had to call them to complete it.
3. The sales/customer Service is not the most professional to deal with.

Overall they do come through and get the job done. I think Marco and his crew are the ones to save the day they do amazing work.

I had some issues with the company, however they were solved to my complete satisfaction with the help of the company principle. Thank you for very a nice walkway we recieve many compliments on.

we were very satisfied with the interlocker crew, however, we were not satisfied with the excavating crew, they created and left a mess in our yards and failed to excavate the front area to specs causing the interlocking crew extra time and work to do their job. The interlockers I would give a 5/5 but the excavaters get a 1/5.

I never review any company before but I want to thank Sure-Loc Interlocking for a job well done, their customer services is great and prices are fair. Fernando and his crew did the job in one and half day and left my place nice and clean.
