49% restocking charge

Furniture review in Toronto

We went in to exchange the Kartell chairs we bought and we were informed that there would be a 40% restocking charge!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please avoid this store!!!! This store has high end products but very low end service

Suite 22 was a pleasure to deal with. Roberto was very helpful and the product is absolutely stunning. It is all beautiful Italian goods for a great price and the lead time was very reasonable. Thanks so much Suite 22.
