Air conditioner disconnection/reconnection
I needed to have my air-conditioner removed from my deck so that I could have the deck redone.
Suburban charged me approx. $200 to disconnect my air-conditioner. Then, when they came to reconnect the air-conditioner they charged me $626. They said the reason it cost so much was because the gas had escaped. The problem is that Suburban is the one who disconnected it so if the gas escaped it is their fault. I've called numerous times and was told each time they'd look into it and call me back. They have never bothered to call me back.
And, just to prove that this is not an isolated incident, another homeowner in my development had the exact same experience with Suburban.
They obviously do not stand by their work and don't the courtesy to offer decent customer service.
