Extremely disappointed with the Main Office. Tried a number of times to contact them, had to leave messages with receptionist and online. Just wanted a copy of last year's invoice. Never got a call back.

We are very pleased that you are happy with your job this summer. I am not aware of this problem and am very concerned that we dropped the ball at our Head Office. We are so sorry. We cannot track invoices or agreements of past operators as they have that information and do not give it to us. We could find the amount you paid if that helps.
