The crew needed a lot of oversight as the owner of the Caledon franchise was not providing direction. Crew had to be called back 3 times after they thought they finished. Contacted head office by email but now response. Leads me to believe that they don't care. Perhaps lax HO attitude filters down.

I know we tried to reach out to you and see if we could make it right. We could not reach you. I can understand why you may have posted to provide feedback and not be interested in a resolution.
Please know if there is something that we can do to rectify this problem we would be happy to address them. We certainly do care and apologize for our errors. Our operator admitted that this was not one of her better efforts from her painters. I can imagine that would be frustrating for you.Our sincerest apologies
