Jay arrived as promised, despite the blizzard. He and his colleague cleaned the sofas like new, beyond my expectations ....and, by the way, better than the last company I hired to do the same. What's more, Jay came back - again, as promised - and removed unexpected water marks that formed overnight in the drying process. Honestly, I didn't expect him to come back.
