Spiros Aluminum & Roofing Inc

Introduced by my friend, I had Spiros replaced my house badly worn roofing shingles and skylight in 2005. The job was excellent. Recently, I found the interior painting around the skylight start peeling off. So I called Spiros. After physical inspection, Mr. Spiros assured me that the problem was caused by condensation only. To ensure further protection, he sealed the skylight again. Then, he found a section of the aluminum fascia cover missing (It was blown to the ground weeks ago during the recent wind storm). Mr. Spiros helped me fix it free of charge even it has nothing to do with the roofing job he did for us. It indeed is a great relief for me, because I have been waiting for a handyman to come, whom I called right after the aluminum piece fell off. I really appreciate Mr. Spiro’s thoughtfulness and excellent quality of services.

Spiros installed a new roof for me and my next door neighbour in 2005. The work was done well and quickly. We also included turbine vents, as recommended by Spiros. Within a couple of years, we lost one of the turbines. We couldn't get hold of Spiros as it was winter and he was down south somewhere on vacation. Despite several phone calls, he never returned the calls and we had to buy new turbines and have them installed by someone else. Today I noticed that a piece of shingle is missing off my garage roof. I called Spiros and before I finished describing the problem, he was already sure it was not his workmanship. My neighbour has called him several times over the years for similar problems and not once has he been responsive to the problems.
We paid a good price for roof. we definitely did not cheap out. It seems that all his sales talk about his workmanship guarantee and excellent service is just that...talk. His after sales service doesn't exist.

Sprios did an excellent job replacing the the shingles and eavestroughs for us last November. He arrived on schedule and completed the work exactly as he promised. His crew is very efficient and completed the roof in 1 day and the eavestroughs the follow week (also one day).

We heard Spiros from a friend. He and his workers arrived our house as scheduled and did a great job. Spiros is a frank and honest man. He focused on details. Thank you, Spiros! I would like to recommend you to our friends if they have a roofing needs.

Spiro is an honest, straight forward person to deal with. He gave me recommendations that made sense. He delivers what he promises .
The crew was great! It was a pleasure to deal with a company that knew what they were doing and their experience was evident.

Spiros was wonderful to work with. He gave a reasonable quote, a good timeline, and provided excellent service. As a contractor myself you really do appreciate good service and I was very pleased. His crew was polite and effecient, and they left my home looking better then when they arrived. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Spiros if they have any roofing needs.

They are okay, but very expensive. You could get a better deal elsewhere. Good but costly. They did work efficiently, but again I think I could have got a better deal if I checked out the competition. Sometimes we just go by the name.

Mr. Spiros came to our rescue after having a bad experience with another company called Home Pro Exterior Services INC. We called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to come and fix a big opening in our roof. He was very punctual, he was honest with the price and he explained to us exactly how he will be fixing the roof. He took his time (on a Saturday afternoon) to do a great job and fix the roof as if no hole was there before. He was very friendly and nice. Thank you Mr. Spiros.
