I am a repeat customer for Brock Windows. I replaced 11 windows in my Mississauga house in 2018 and then moved to Toronto in 2019. This time I replaced several windows in my 1960 built house. Some windows were more difficult as access and structural challenges required extra effort. Overall, the installers did a great job. They were on time, courteous, and kept the job site clean. I will used Brock again, as more old windows will require replacement. Pauline S

Spiros installed a new roof for me and my next door neighbour in 2005. The work was done well and quickly. We also included turbine vents, as recommended by Spiros. Within a couple of years, we lost one of the turbines. We couldn't get hold of Spiros as it was winter and he was down south somewhere on vacation. Despite several phone calls, he never returned the calls and we had to buy new turbines and have them installed by someone else. Today I noticed that a piece of shingle is missing off my garage roof. I called Spiros and before I finished describing the problem, he was already sure it was not his workmanship. My neighbour has called him several times over the years for similar problems and not once has he been responsive to the problems. We paid a good price for roof. we definitely did not cheap out. It seems that all his sales talk about his workmanship guarantee and excellent service is just that...talk. His after sales service doesn't exist.
