The work was done well and in a timely manor. The crew arrived before 8am and they left no mess after work was done.
The flat roof was done in a commercial style, which included a layer of insulating foam and a layer of cement board, with 2 layers of top membrane.
Sprios also added membrane and flashing around the chimney and toilet stack, which was done at no extra cost. He was very informative and supplied us with photos of the work.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the work.
