What felt like an overwhelming challenge, of downsizing from a large house to a condo, was made so easy by the competent Barb, who came up with brilliant solutions to our storage needs.
The built ins look stunning and are so practical. Barb's attention to detail, including matching handles with existing ones, was so appreciated.
The installers were prompt, cleaned up well and were obviously craftsmen.
This is a highly professional company whose services I would not hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing job and look to this transformation. It is shocking how beautiful and functional this room has become. My partner had wanted to do this for a long time and I balked at the idea at the time thinking, "what for"? Five giant garbage bags filled with used clothing and shoes all donated. Tons of useless collections of electronics, papers and crap.....gone. This place is clean now! There has been no trouble reconnecting all the electronic equipment. It all fits perfectly.
Don't ever let your skilled installer retire. He is a precision craftsman who's skills I know is hard to find.

The project was to convert an empty ante room next to the master bedroom into a walk in closet. Jorgen from Space Solutions designed the area to maximize various types of closet space and keep the existing natural light. The attention to detail during the planning process was excellent resulting in a flawless execution of the installation by Hay. The result is outstanding. We worked with Christopher from Space Solutions. He was very good to work with. We had a Murphy Bed with 2 different types of storage areas (For opposite walls on each end of a finished basement). We also turned a small 4th bedroom into a walk in closet. The job was scheduled quickly after we settled on a design plan and the work was completed on time and is everything we expected and wanted it to be. Dorothy, We are absolutely thrilled with the closet installation. As you may remember, it was a difficult plan (sloping ceiling and smallish walk-in), but we are more than delighted with the results. There is so much more hanging and storage space than I had before and yet the cupboard appears much more roomy due to your helpful suggestions concerning the layout. The men who came to install were polite, hardworking, and left everything clean and in perfect order...not even a screw left behind to pick up. Thank you once again.

I moved into a new house 10 years ago and called in this company to fill in the closets. This year, when I searched for a company to do attractive shelving systems at a good value, they came back out at the top of the list. I immediately liked Paulina, the designer who came to my house, and felt she understood the project exactly. The work was scheduled quickly and completed quickly and conveniently. The installers were nice to deal with, and it looks great. I have moved right on to another project with them, built-in mudroom storage, and I can't wait to have it done.

We hired Space Solutions to install built-in cabinets in order to increase storage space in my parents’ new condo. It was a pleasure working with the designer, Dorothy, who offered excellent suggestions and had the final drawings completed very quickly. Just a few weeks later, the installation team had everything completed in 4 days! We are very pleased with all the cabinets and will definitely consider them for any other job we might have in the future!

These guys did a fantastic job. They delivered exactly what they said they would, when they said it would be done. They even wait until you've inspected the work and the final installation before processing the final payment - highly recommend!
