Don't deliver 45 minutes out you must make your own arrangements- very inconvenient, legs are not installed - you better have a power drill and bit to install 32 screws in undrilled area, fabric on pillows and back rest have material flaws that are non existand on material sample used to choose the fabric and when one takes the time to drive back with a sample, first they try to convince you it is not there and then they tell you its part of the material and if that was so , we would not have chose that fabric. Very disturbing no longer my choice of supplier.

Sofa, love seat, chair the workmanship was terrible. I purchased a set 17 years ago and has stood up great it was made in Canada not like the one I just bought it was made in the USA. The manager tried to be helped but her standards aren't any better. I received the throw pillows 5 not sewn properly, with staples in 3 , a hole in one. Every piece of furniture the left arm had a problem. Sent them back for repair and was told they were inspected throughly well a pillow still came back with a staple, workmanship still not great. Asked for compensation and was offered only $250. Sorry not enough for all the trouble caused.

After visiting many furniture showrooms, we finally found the livingroom furniture we wanted at a very reasonable price. The huge showroom is setup into smaller rooms displaying the furniture as it could appear in your home. Leslie, our sales person was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to get furniture quickly, this is not the place to go. Most of the furniture is special ordered and has a 6-8 week lead time. We received our furniture on time and are very pleased with it.
