We renovated our home 6 years ago. We are typically not the type of people to write reviews or voice concern, this is precisely why we waited so long to post a review. We are highly unsatisfied with product, professionalism and overall service with Selba Kitchen. When we renovated we did not look anywhere else but Selba because we had full trust that they would give us great product and service but we were way off. Firstly, we have them a paint colour and sample to match out cupboards to the crown moulding and it is not even close. Our moulding is white and our cabinets look yellowish not to mention that they are peeling. We had addressed these concerns with management and they came to our house and brought touch up paint and not address all issues. We spent $$$ on a corner lazy Susan cupboard and have not been able to fully use it since day 1. Service guy came out to our home 3x’s to try and fix it. Once this was done we received a call from Selba basically telling us that this would be the last service call. I don’t understand because nothing was resolved. We are extremely disappointed with our kitchen. We waited so many years, worked so hard to be able to renovate our home and this is the service we received. Highly highly disappointed.
