Sears Home

We ordered a bedroom set from Sears Home. We had waited and looked a long time for the "perfect" set and finally found what we were looking for. We ordered the set and it arrived, in appropriate packaging, but when the packaging was taken off, the furniture was BROKEN! Needless to say we sent back the broken pieces and kept the rest. The replacement pieces arrived -- BROKEN! We sent them back. The third time they arrived broken, we sent back the whole set and demanded a refund. That took awhile to get and now, over 2 years later, we are still waiting for them to sort out the Sears points! I will not buy furniture from Sears Home ever again.

I went shopping for new furniture at Sears Home. Specifically I was looking for a sofa and a chair. They had excellent sets with luxurious fabrics. I was impressed with how their fabrics felt. The prices seemed slightly higher than other competitors though.

I went to Sears to buy some furniture and I first couldn't find a sales associate in site. When a sales associate came they where kind of aggressive to sell. The quailty wasn't the best but the price was okay. We are still thinking about.

I had a problem with my Sears mattress about 3 months after I bought it. Not only did a get a better one for the same price but I got it delivered free of charge and I got a $25 giftcard for my problem. Great great customer service
