worst job every done dish washer not put in right always had problems never worked right could not get it fixed give up and got an other from else where do not go there

I went to Sears and found the staff very helpful while I was choosing a carpet cleaner. They helped me find what I was looking for and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always shop there again as I am now looking for a new vacuum cleaner.

I purchased a small Plasma TV from Sears and was pleased with the service and knowledge of the sales staff. They explained the several technologies to me for plasma and LCD and regular TV's and from that I was able to make the right choice.

We decided to purchase our crib and change table for our babies room from Sears. The items were in-stock and ready to be picked up that day. The service was wonderful as we were assisted immediately both in the store and at the pick-up location.

Helped in finding new cupboards and drawers, after older ones became rusty. Recomended tools and such to use. It took a while for someone to approach me, but it eventaully happened. Cheap prices, okay quality, good service.
