Scan Decor

Two years ago, I bought two chairs from the store and still consider them to be the most comfortable chairs I have ever purchased. At the time of purchase, I was quoted a delivery charge of $75. I am very glad that I opted for the delivery service because it made the shopping experience more convenient and efficient than having to pick up the recliners for myself. Overall, my experience with Scan Decor was exceptional consisting of great sales staff and wonderful delivery service.

When buying two chairs I let the store know that I would be collecting them in a pick up truck and asked if some packing material would be available to wrap them, for the journey home. I was told this would be no problem.
When I arrived at the store April 1st, the person who was on duty said there was no packing material available. When I related my original discussion he went away and brought back a large sheet of plastic. I said this was not really sufficient to protect the chairs and that I would need to come back at a later date to collect them. He then, with great exception, took me to the back of the store where the original shipping boxes were. By this time he had become exceptionally rude, as if I had imposed upon him. The boxes were perfect but his manner was not.
The chairs are really great. Store service dreadful.
If you want this make of chair I would recommend you buy them from another store.
