Hi. Am very satisfied with Rushforth Electric. Per my review's title, they responded quickly. Though, I did have to agree to a same day appointment the morning when they returned my call, but that was O.K., as I was available then, and I wanted the work to be completed as soon as possible.

Two tradesmen showed up, on time. Also, they called me as they were on their way, so I could plan for arrival. So important. They seemed to be an expert electrician and an younger apprentice (my sense).

The expert was friendly, even commented favourably on a humorous artwork I had on the wall (he actually took a photo); the apprentice kept to himself, was all business, but that was fine, as the expert supervised him while working. Apprentices benefit from learning from a pro. (We all were once, and do benefit.)

I found Rushforth to be very professional, both admin/head office and the trades. Price was reasonable compared with another quotation I had obtained. To be direct, it was in line with what I had hoped for/was expecting.

I consider Rushforth Electric is now my go-to. I'm concerned, though, that if you act upon my review, they'll be too booked up going forward. lol! However, more customers is good for their business and likely means that Rushforth will hire more tradespersons to complete the extra work.

Diagnosed lighting problem in our Condo bathroom. Removed old fixture. Returned to install new fixture. Ken the electrician was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpfull.
Rushforth Electric also did excellent work at my church, St. Cuthbert's Anglican Church Leaside.

Lights in our store began to flicker and/or glow at a reduced intensity. Two electricians from Rushforth were on site within half an hour. The problem was a failed cartridge fuse which they replaced. Very reasonable charge for an emergency response. Fast, courteous, thorough, and charged fairly. Hope to use their services again for non emergency work. Delighted to recommend this company

Responses were quick and helpful. Brian Sr. taught me the difference between halogen and LED pot lights, and then helped me with placement and number. Brian Jr. and Andy, a fabulous team, did all the work in an efficient, clever way, with astonishingly minimal wall damage, thanks to Brian's "fishing" technique. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing any electrical work done well, and fast. Great company!

Condo solid concrete walls and wiring and devices are very different from what I had experience with in our sticks and bricks houses so to make certain that our kitchen remodel conformed to the building code I sought out an electrician company with favourable reviews and found Rushforth. Very pleased with the service and workmanship.

I'm a senior, very finicky, and the Rushforth electrician surpassed my expectations with his flawless work. He was friendly and prompt and helpful, and the price was quite reasonable.
He even vacuumed my carpet after the job!

We have used Rushforth several times over the past 4 years in our condo. Brian and the team are super reliable and provide excellent service. We used them to switch out light fixtures, to repair light switches, to create sockets, to create a new space to put a light fixture where there was none before and for several other things. We would not use any other service now, and we are glad we found an electrician we can trust. I have used Rushforth almost exclusively over the last 10 years. The most recent job was replacing regular outlets with 3 GFCI outlets in the kitchen, installing a timer for a bathroom fan (tricky because of the depth of the wall) and a ceiling light in the living room. The work was done well and efficiently and Shane, the electrician, was more than happy to answer questions. It is easy to work with people who are easy to talk to and who are skilled at what they do. Highly recommended.

We depend on Rushforth Electric, from fixing a complicated bathroom fan (which stumped several other Master electricians), installing electrical outlet on balcony, hardwiring electric fireplace, installing an outlet for interior cabinet lighting, etc. In every instance, Brian and his Son, have been great to deal with -- it's a consultative approach, and about building a relationship, not just doing the bare minimum to install a plug and go (I've had that from other electricians). Regardless of the size of the job, big or small, Rushforth Electric are capable, courteous and customer focused. We will continue to have them back for all our electrical projects.
