Our awning tore during the winter and we couldnt findsomeone to replace it. Found Rusco Distuributors on the Web and they were very quick to respond. Someone came out and took measurments and we picked the colors we wanted and he left. Did not hear from them for a week and we were getting worried. Well two weeks later the material for the new awning showed up and was installed. Could not ask for a better job of installiation. Quick and professional. We are very happy with the new Awning.

We called Jonathan based on the reviews we had seen on Homestars and are happy to say that we are not disappointed with the results. Our primary focus was to build an 4 season sunroom for my husband's plants which were until now taking up most of the space in our family and living rooms.

From the first meeting itself we were totally comfortable with Jonathan and liked him for his honesty. He was very punctual and helpful in providing suggestions. Jonathan was careful in explaining in details to us the materials being used and the outcome of it all. The price quoted by Rusco was less than that quoted by other well known specialists in sunrooms.

Jonathan took care of all the details including securing the permit and doing all the follow-up required. For the most part he worked alone and was very particular in doing a good job. The plants and our family certainly enjoy the addition to the house. We have already recommended him to friends and family and without hesitation would continue to recommend him to others.

we needed our awning which is really, really getting old due to weather strains year in and year out especially during winters as it is very dangerous if the awning fall on someone with or without heavy snow on top of it. Rusco was very good and very professional, they were there on time and were very nice, not cold and grumpy like other people who work in the industry. Its great to have them in the city!

I found Rusco on HomeStars, and they were one of the approximately ten window companies from which I obtained quotes. The other nine were all very highly rated, and were happy to replace all ten windows that I was questioning. Rusco's Israel Reinberg was the only one though who suggested that only three windows ultimately needed replacing, and they would be able to repair the others for significantly less cost. My job quote was at the very least halved.

Israel is a man with real integrity, and that interaction pretty much set the stage for the rest of the job. Everything proceeded smoothly, from quote to contract to installation. The installers took longer than anticipated but overall did a very good job. I wholeheartedly recommend Rusco, and will use them in the future.

I found Rusco on Homestars, and am pleased to confirm that the enthusiasm of their customers is well deserved. From start to finish my dealings with the company were extremely happy. Jonathan Reinberg listened carefully to what I wanted –a modest sun porch for indoor plants on the back of my Edwardian townhouse –and gave me several options for building it. The only pressure I felt from him concerned the glass roof I wanted; he strongly advised against it. I have since learned that it was very fortunate I followed his advice. When there was a delay in the delivery of the components of the porch Jonathan informed me immediately. When he was ready to begin, he worked with a one-man crew quickly and without interruption on the hottest days of the year until the project was completed. At the very end it turned out the outside door would not lock as it was supposed to do. Jonathan came the next day to fix the problem.
He brings a lovely energy to his work. His enthusiasm for his products is well warranted; he knows his company has found some very good ones. When the porch was done I was so pleased with it that I bought a set of French doors from Rusco to connect the house with the porch (they have some outstanding ones), and then a new window, and also some aluminum steps and a railing to deal with a major safety issue I had at the back of the house. And now I am waiting for Rusco to install some shades on the porch. For a fairly modest sum of money Rusco has opened up the inner space of my first floor and transformed the back of my house while still respecting its basic character. The 50 sq ft they have given me are already serving as breakfast nook and cocktail lounge; come fall they will become my indoors garden.

We wanted two second storey awnings for our windows to add some depth to the front of the house as it looked very flat. Once they were installed it looks as if they have always been there. From the initial quote to the installation, Rusco was quick and professional. I highly recommend this company.
