Royal Stone did a huge back yard pool/cabana installation for me 5 years ago and the quality of their work was excellent.
This week, thanks to Ryan and Pino, the Royal Stone crew came back and fixed a few cracked stones and added a drain in my cabana.
Thanks for helping me keep my back yard Oasis in top form!
Poor Service
Royal Stone did a huge back yard pool/cabana installation for me 5 years ago, and beyond the project taking four time longer then they originally quoted, the quality of the work was excellent. I have had some minor maintenance issues, cracked stones, but after a year and a half and 8 emails, they are refusing to send labor to my house for (1) day - even at my expense -- to repair my installation. They certainly had no problem taking labor off my original large project for days and weeks to service other customers. Prospects should know that my service experience has been very poor. Come on Pino, need some priority here.
4/21: Received communication today from Royal Stone, if they come next week to resolve my issues as promised, I will certainly revise this review as a satisfied customer.
