I got my qoute on June 25 and was told about 2-3 weeks delivery time. Finally it was installed on September 2, 2008.
They charged me $359 for an electric door opener instead of $325 as it was advertised when I placed my order. I showed the Royal's owner their advertisements in local flayers and that did not work. Also I did not get any warranty certificates. They told me - your invoice is your warrany. Is it true?
