Terrible service, not timely or professional

My neighbour and I contracted Rosedale for snow removal on our joint driveway and entrance areas. Service was expected to be max 12 hours, 4-6 hours as advised by email.
The clearing does not happen for up to a full day from snowfall. Often they do not come. When on property, clearing of stairs and key areas is inadequate.
They are impossible to reach by phone.
Do not recommend.
