RONA Home Centre - Vancouver

Went with Rona to get our roof done and they farm out the work to another company. As usual dealing with Rona is hit and miss, lots of running around signing papers and getting calls to come back and sign more papers. Once started the company doing the roof was adequate, yard was left so so clean but trying to get the company to come back and fix the damaged window is another story.
I'm still waiting for them to come back 8 months later.

Had to redo the roof on car port and convert it into a deck. They helped me pick out lumber and the coating materials for the project. Delivery was also fast and efficient.

I went in to buy some silicon caulking to redo my bathtub. The service rep was very helpful. He recommended a caulking gun and a mil do free silicone caulking. Great service.

Needed new tiles for our bathroom renovation. Rona was the third place we went to. The selection was great and the prices were comparable. The staff were helpful and knowledgable.

I was looking for lights for my garden that is not solar powered. I only found one set here and the sales ppl here were very helpful and found the only set they have in town after running around the store for me. helpful

Rona design team took over completely on our kitchen reno project. They provided design services, materials and co-ordination of all sub-trades. They also provided a good guarantee on the workership. They were busy so service was not optimal, but quite adequate. They stand behind their work and that provided us with peace of mind (very important to us). The reno was completed to our satisfaction.

Had to replace a counter top at the last minute and. RONA was quick in making our custom made our order a rush and their installer was good, professional and quick. The people at Rona explain to me different finish. It turn out great.

There was only one till open making the waiting time very long. We, customers, had to wait at least 10 minutes. I am surprised that they did not open more tills to service customers. The Customer Service table was still not yet open despite a cluster of clerks standing near by, watching the line-up accumulate. Though the cashier was extremely nice, she was flustered from her non-helpful co-workers.

Loved shopping here, and my kids loved running around. Renovated a whole bathroom and found everything i need at a one stop shop. Workers were helpful and I was able to make a plan to see what my finished project would look like, very happy to shop here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful .They helped me choose the perfect colour for my walls it was an egg shell white. It looks amazing I recommend that people come to this Rona for whatever products they need. I know I will be coming back next time I need to repaint something.
