I was astounded to hear a customer service rep Aiden shouting at a customer and pointing to the door and telling them to leave. There needs to be some training on how to handle your emotions when dealing with customer. This was totally wrong.

I purchased a door from Rona. We worked with their door specialist and told them that we want a door where the sidelight hinges and swings open. We were told no problem and we gave them the specifications and ordered the door. That's when the problems started. The door arrived and it was too narrow for the opening, After looking at the quote it was obvious they transposed an 8 into a 5. The door also turned NOT to have a swinging sidelight, which is why we paid special for it. When I raised this with a different door specialist he insisted that all was as it was ordered. I asked him to requote the door with the differences we had noted and HE REFUSED! My wife was there when we ordered the door and confirmed we were told we would get what we asked for. I escalated to the Assistant Store Manager. He talked very calmly and said he would get it sorted after we sent him photos of the door. The photos were sent a week ago and we have heard nothing. I wonder if they will come through and address their mistakes at all.

The floor tiles were well-priced, stylish and fairly easy to cut. I was very pleased with the decorative effect after I laid the tiles. The only negative about the store is that it is sometimes difficult to find staff in such a large store. The older, full-time staff are more knowledgable and helpful than the younger, part-time staff.

At first took awhile to come check measure, but after that they came in on schedule with no extra cost and left the house clean and no damage to walls.

well renovating i went to many diffrent stores at rona they are allways there to help you. You didnt have to ever search for someone. Also they were willing to cut you a deal if you were buying a large amount for instance my laminate flooring, which was amazing. No other big box store does this. Rona is the way to go and no question is stupid to them

we bought a counter top from rona because we wre building an island it worked perfect--we went back to order 12 new cutom made cupboard doors--now almost 1yr later we still do not have all ths doors--store manager has not been a lot of help--we do not have the product we ordered, it is finished in a manner that my high school shop would have made--where was mike holmes when i needed him

i purchased 12 custom made kitchen doors and 9 months later still waiting for one door-doors are not what we ordered-they are not professionly finished-plastic instead of glass--store finish instead of mfg.finish

Very impressed by well-organized stores, and very helpful sales and service staff. I always make this my first stop to shop for home improvements, and highly recommend it to DIY'ers.
