Martyn and his team were impressive -- calling around on a Sat morning in advance of a hurricane and these guys were here within an hour with a tarp with the storm looming. Their quality of workmanship is second to none.

After having several quotes on having my roof replaced (flat and pitched) my wife and I decided to work with Martyn and Rightway Roofing. I am happy to say that his team did a fantastic job removing the old roof and replacing the shingles, installing new flashings, fire protector board and two ply membrane. His team was very professional, and cleaned up very well. In addition, Rightway Roofing also installed vents and fixed a chimney issue. Lastly, they also placed some amazing cedar shingles on the front facade. Great job overall, and we would recommend Martyn and his team if you are looking to do any work on your roof.

Rightway Roofing was a professional and timely company. We live in a semidetached that need one side of the roof to be done right away, the other side could go another year. After seeking different companies to obtain a quote (either too busy to show up or didn’t) Martin was at my house and on the roof the next day. He offered me different options for a new roof. Upon him explain all the details we decided to get a new roof for both my side and neighbours. Martin told us a start date and the next day we had a bin dropped off and the work began, it a timely and professional manner, with clean up taking place not only on my lawn but my neighbours and any debris that ended up in the street. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

I recently discovered I required a new roof to be installed on my home. I spoke to a few neighbours that were pleased with their service and they recommended Martyn. I called left a voicemail with him and he returned my call promptly to schedule a quote. He came out and provided a very competitive quote. I do all my the work myself on my home from plumbing/electrical to carpentry and I was very pleased with Martyn’s knowledge and recommendations. The whole process was refreshing that there is still business out there making an honest dollar without any funny business and shortcuts. I will be recommending his services to friends/family.

Had Rightway do some repairs when we moved into our home ~5 yrs ago. Happy with the work so we had them back when it was time to re-shingle the entire roof. Our roof had originally been re-shingled several times and by different roofers which made the job challenging. Roof was completed on time and to specifications. Looks great, good workmanship, very reasonable price. Martyn was jovial and accommodating. Pleasure to deal with and would recommend.

Martin was professional during the initial "selling" process and was honest that he felt I didn't need an entire roof/shingle replacement job, and when his man showed up and replaced approx. 1 1/2 bundles of shingles I was a little worried that he missed some spots as he did the job while it was raining. After he left and I paid Martin, I did notice that several shingles were indeed not replaced that should have been that were missing. I called Martin and he left me a message that he would send his man back to finish the job. I waited for over a month and he NEVER showed up again and Martin ignored all my phone calls. Buyer Beware!! Don't pay until you know your job is 100% complete!!

Success! I finally received a phone call from the Owner of this company, Martyn, over the weekend, and this morning he sent his roofer to finish the job of replacing the blown off shingles. He came at 8a.m. today and finally finished the job! Martyn explained that he was out of our country, for the past 7 weeks tending to his ailing Father, (who he says has just recently passed) and he is back now and he was concerned about the previous review I left and about his customer service reputation through HomeStars. Despite the very long wait, he has come through and for me maintained his good customer service. While I feel very bad about his loss, he might be thinking about having anyone else from his company take his calls and reply to them to avoid any possible future misunderstandings or miscommunications. But overall, Martyn has been professional and has assured me that he will be there for me if there are any more problems! Thanks!

We were very satisfied with the overall experience in working with Rightway Roofing. We knew how we wanted the house to look in terms of exterior color and Martyn suggested a particular style and color of shingle which has worked out very well. The overall job was completed on time, within budget, and the quality seems very good. As well, the pricing was very competative.

Martin from rightway is vary reasonable with pricing and very easy to deal with, completed my house in toronto last year with in time and budget, taking extra time to clean up.

Rightway Roofing replaced my roof in August 2008. Several shingles blew off in a wind storm 8 years later (May 2011). Fences etc also blew down in the neighborhood. Rightway Roofing came and fixed my roof free of change within 48 hours. Very Impressed with the service and warranty upheld!!!!
