Flat roof replacement

Roofing review in Toronto

Our roof was replaced in November and part of it is still leaking at the end of May. Rightway Roofing didn’t replace the roof to the property line of our rowhouse. Martyn did send someone out the following week to complete the work.

Martyn was good to deal with and did what he said he would do to finish the roof.

However, when the roof was replaced, the work was finished at 5 p.m. and Rightway wanted payment right away despite it being too dark for us to check their work. When we did check their work the next day, it hadn’t been done properly. The roofer came back three days later to finish it after we complained.

Flat roof replacement

Roofing review in Toronto

Our roof was replaced in November and part of it is still leaking at the end of May. Rightway Roofing didn’t replace the roof to the property line of our rowhouse. I think Martyn has finally agreed that the roof should replaced to the property line. It’s been a frustrating and stressful experience.

Also, roof vents were not installed as promised and the flashing wasn’t done properly.

When the roof was replaced, the work was finished at 5 p.m. and Rightway wanted payment right away despite it being too dark for us to check their work. When we did check their work the next day, it hadn’t been done properly. The roofer came back three days later to finish it after we complained.
