I had a great experience. I got two movers who were very friendly and helpful. Most of my stuff was already packed but in addition to moving they were very willing to help me disassemble some larger pieces (bed, etc). I was moving in a winter snowstorm and they were very careful to be quick and minimized any snow impact!
Only (minor) downfall is that I got upsold at the beginning on the hours required to move. Bought too many, and only needed two hours ...
