The positive: extremely friendly, helpful crew. They worked really fast and were very efficient.

The negative: 3 of them were great, 3 of them were very careless. Tupperwares clearly marked as "fragile" had heavy book boxes on top of them, breaking the lids. Tons of dents in the walls, a broken shelf, a cracked and dented ceiling, and dish barrels left on their ends or with heavy boxes on them. The cracked ceiling and broken shelf were pointed out to us but most if the dents were not. Additionally we asked them to take the empty water bottles for our cooler with them as they take up a lot of space, and they were left behind costing us $80 in the deposit. When I called operations, Julian got back to me saying they were already in Port Hope so I figured they were too far away except the second truck was over an hour late which begs the question as to why couldn't the closer truck pick them up? They also left their coconut water boxes everywhere. On the floors, on the drive way etc. Overall, we were disappointed. We've used Rent-A-Son before, and referred them to my parents in the fall, so we know they can do much better. I have photos if you'd like to see them.
