Researched and found the part number 12676000000181) that I needed for a dishwasher pump outlet hose...searched the part number on the un-Reliableparts website, and took me directly to my part number/pump outlet hose...unfortunately no picture, but I figured I needed this and how many items could there be with a part number that long ?...apparently I was wrong, they have that part number as well, for a hose that is absolutely nothing like the one I needed. So after buying the part, paying a ridiculous price for Canada Post ground service, which arrived 4 days after originally estimated, my part literally took 2 weeks to arrive. When I enquired about returning it, they want me to pay the shipping and receive a store credit...no thanks ! I should have trusted my gut and used a company that showed the picture of what I was ordering...next
time I will for sure, and it won't be through these guys. Glad my part wasn't expensive, I couldn't imagine being on the hook with these people for hundreds or thousands of dollars with a return policy like they have !!

At 2230 hours I ordered a crisper cover for our fridge. We then repaired the old one. and at 0500 I emailed asking them to cancel. sent 3 emails to try to cancel. Accelerated a claim with PayPal and then they answered me. I was told part was already sent as it was an "automatic order". Notice from postal service said label was generated 14 hours after I emailed to please cancel. Not immediately.
Item arrived two days later, and I emailed returns as per their instructions. Returns advised that I either pay to send it back or drive over 150km to return in person. ! ...or implied....keep it and let them have my close to $200.
Accelerating claim with PayPal. Previous order from here was handled we so quite disappointed.

My washing machine was having issues and I was advised it needed a new motor. I purchased one from reliable parts. The machine still had the same issues and I was forced to buy a new washing machine. Got in touch with Reliable parts for the return of the motor. Not only was I not able to return it, but was talked down to and was told that I now own a new motor. I had even told the person I would be willing to pay a re-stocking fee or meet in the middle or even store credit. But no. Again all I got was a very rude comment that I now own a new motor. I wouldn’t have written this review had he simply said, I am sorry this is our Policy, no returns and at least tried or pretended to help me. But the person who claims to be a Manager at the Meyerside Drive location in Mississauga, could really use a course in Customer Service. Thanks for your superb “reliable” service. I will give the $300 motor to my daughter for Christmas.

I bought a puresource2 water filter for my fridge in Sept 2011 and found it leaking today as the filter is crack due to manufacturing defects. I called Reliable Parts Ltd Mississauga and was told the warranty is 6 months. maybe this filter was designed for just over 6 months. Reliable Parts is not reliable.

Purchased the Heat Element for Kenmore HE3 dryer last week. Installation is straight forward. Only issue is the pricing. The same Heat Element sold by the same supplier in US is about 40-45% cheaper. Why Canadian has to pay such a high premium when the dollars is at/above par.

Just like their name, Reliable Parts is a very reliable source for your home needs. If they don't have something on the shelf they will order it for you. The staff there are very nice.
