Reid Brothers Plumbing & Heating

I bought a Navien tankless off of a USA website. Had it shipped here and have Reid brothers install the unit. They charged a reasonable price and had the job done professionally. The install looked clean and wasn't an eyesore like what I've seen with other HVAC jobs.

Honest about the services necessary to repair the heating issue in my house and were extremely honest about their services (to the point they returned the rebates on the product! I would have never found out) They were always on-time and I have nothing but good words to say about this company. I have called the Reid Brothers several times for any problems that arise about my house and they have been efficient saving me many times in the winter.

Very good service, worked quickly and quietly. Explained the causes of blockage and told us how to prevent it in future. Was polite and served with a smile, reasonably price too! Would definitely recommend.

because it had been set up poorly . when i met reid brothers, we decided to replace the whole system. It looks beatiful and clean and worry free now.

Reid Bros. saved us from a major flood in our yard and basement when they repair a very old ( 50 years) pipe in our yard that was had a big leak and was providing an unexpected drinking fountain to my own and other dogs in the area. They also came right away recognizing the urgency for us.It was a big job to dig up the gras and mud and lay new pipe and put the grass back p[roperly.
