One Friday evening I noticed my bedroom ceiling was leaking rain water. I scrambled to find someone who can help. Most of the roof repair companies I called did not bother to reply to my messages. Out of despair, I tried calling this company called Red Dog Roofing. The first thing I noticed was that someone actually responded to my call. And the person responding was the owner - Paul Maskos. This was refreshing because most of the other roofing companies I tried calling either lead me to a call centre dispatching unit or made me leave a message.

When speaking to Paul, he agreed that he would stop by my place the next day. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the issue. He captured pictures of my roof, which showed that some of my shingles were lifted up and a small portion of the wood based was exposed to all of nature's elements.

What I appreciated about Paul was that he was was willing to fix my roof the same day despite having 3 other appointments. He understood the severity of his customers concerns. Paul spoke to his crew and shifted his schedule around in order to in order to accommodate my needs.

He did what he promised. Since the fix, we have had one major downpour of rain and all looks dry in both my attic and bedroom.

Paul is an approachable person who has a strong customer service style. I suppose that why he has been in business since 1990. Quality tends to stand the test of time.
