Paid for 30 year shingles, show's up with half of them 25 year,
his crew damaged the rubber seal around the hydro stack which comes through the roof, I had to tell him over & over that I wanted tar paper put down before the shingles were installed which he did not want to do & they install two of the cheapest bathroom roof vents ever, I had to disconnect them because they were leaking moist air back into the attic. Also poor nailing of the shingles caused a few of the nails to pop through the top of the shingles!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
