Quality Restorations and Renovations

Employed the services of "Quality Restorations Co." to initially remove and replace my existing front porch and entire guttering. I can only describe the team as very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and thorough, with impeccable work standards. At this time, I also had a separate "Quality Restorations Co." team replace a quantity of masonry that had suffered from weather erosion. Again, the team and their work met with the same standards as their previously mentioned colleagues. I will without doubt be employing the services of " Quality Restorations Co." for other projects and would have absolutely no issue in even being absent at that time. These guys do not need babysitting, unlike most other contractors. I would wholeheartedly recommend the services of "Quality Restorations Co."

I hired Quality Restorations to rebuild a very deteriorated chimney and to repair some brick work around my front porch. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. They were prompt and efficient and I have no complaints with the work completed.

Terrific company. QR did a full renovation for us several years ago as well as this basement waterproofing recently and each time they were terrific. They provide accurate estimates and excellent work, properly done to code. They are simply a great crew, always cheerful and polite - and clean! I would recommend them anytime.

Basement needed to be updated; lots of trouble with broken pipes found below the floor during the project - unexpected. So, although the project was bigger than we thought the outcome is a long lasting improvement.

My front porch had wood rot. I had asked several carpenters to give estimates but could not get a reasonable price or they didn't show up. I heard about Doug from a friend. When Doug and his team came, they were quick with their estimate and suggested a resolution that did not mean complete removal and rebuild of the porch, which I appreciated. They were very pleasant through the process and the cost was extremely affordable. The work was done on time and they checked in on any decisions that might affect the final work. I have recommended them to neighbours and friends and have booked them for other work since, including back fencing and some roofing.

Doug and his company worked quickly and did an excellent job. Best of all they did a couple of small remodelling jobs inexpensively ($30.00) which saved us a lo of money. We were very pleased.

a year ago or so, doug did a rebuild of my crumbling chimney and did a great job.
This past year, I've had issues with the eavestrough for the entire house, blockages and insufficnet downspouts causing constant overflows and me having to go up all the time to clear them.
Called Doug and his crew came by and replaced the entire eavestroughs, added an additional downspout, all in a day. It now works and looks great. No more having to clean again, and again, and again ...

We had our entire front porch rebuilt, as well as an upper deck installed & some other outdoor renovations done by Mike & Tristan... They did a great job on it, and offered some good advice on how best to deal with the challenges of fixing up a 100 year old house. Their price was reasonable & they really listened to exactly what we wanted done with the renos.
