Most thorough and comprehensive duct cleaning we've ever had, and far and away the most confidence-inspiring. An excellent deal. Crew went way above and beyond any other duct cleaning we've had done in the past. This is the 1st time we're absolutely sure that we got value for our money. Prompt, courteous, professional. Took extra care with their equipment, padded any spot where their hoses/etc came in contact with our house (baseboards, door frames, etc).

Ilyas and team did a thorough job cleaning the ducts, vents and furnace. He made sure I knew when they would arrive and kept me informed during the cleaning process.

Our AC broke down and we were looking to get it replaced with a heat pump instead, and figured we should upgrade our furnace at the same time. We called a few places who gave us quotes, but Kevin was the only one who told us there was 0 reason to replace the furnace at this time and that it had a good number of years left. Kevin's honesty is what differentiated him from everyone else.

On top of that, Kevin is very prompt and professional. His team did a fantastic job in installing the heat pump and moving forward will be our go-to contact for all things related to HVAC and happy to vouch for QHC.

Kevin was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating with the scheduling and his team wrapped on time. They were friendly and changed their shoes to slippers to enter the home, even though it was a construction site. (Respectful) They did the job in the expected time frame and explained everything thoroughly. I didnt give them 5 stars only because of a small mishap when backing up their truck on arrival, where they damaged a small part of my eavestrough, however when I called Kevin to express my concern he showed accountability and offered to fix it asap. He came and fixed it himself and looked everywhere for matching material. I appreciated that. My only feedback would be to ensure drivers are more aware of tight spaces and they dont keep the trunk doors open while reversing. Thanks for your services.

Came in with steam of 3. Good and speedy communication. Got the job done with care. Would hire them again!

1. They cleaned vents covers in the house, not outside. So all dust was flying in the house. So I have to clean all spaces.
2. They did not unscrew the vent covers on the ceiling and did not take off the cover to clean and sanitize inside.
3. It took only one hour to finish, but supposed to finish in two hours.
