My furnace broke down during the storm and quality came after hours to repair it. They charged me only for a service call and the technician, Bobby, took the time to educate me on my equipment. Definitely will be using them again in the future.

Kevin quoted me on a new heating and cooling system for our new custom home. They completed all mechanical drawings, duct work, gas lines, air conditioner, tankless water heater, furnace, hepa filter, humidifier, and a mini split AC. David organized the design and install by his team of techs. Kevin responded right away to my request with an excellent price and the job was done perfectly and on time. I will be referring them to all.

My furnace completely stopped working last week, so I called Quality Home Comfort recommended to me by my coworker and after diligently reviewing all the positive reviews left on Homestars. Ali showed up the very next day to assess the problem I was experiencing with my furnace, he temporarily serviced the malfunctioning furnace so that we wouldn't have to endure the harsh cold weather conditions but advised me to completely change the old furnace to something much more reliable. My old furnace was over 25 years old and it was definitely time for something newer, better and more efficient. The same day, Kevin called me to provide a quote on new equipment. He meticulously explained all of my options and provided his recommendation as to which products would best suit my household needs. The install was successfully completed 2 days later, without any issues, for a new furnace and tankless water heater. I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with the new equipment and the entire team at Home Comfort. Moreover, David did an in house follow up on the installation and showed me some of the features. I would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a stress free, experienced, professional HVAC installation company with unbeatable pricing.

I had received a few quotes on repair of my old furnace and realized it was time to upgrade. I asked the same companies to give me quotes on replacing my furnace to high efficiency. I did some research and was interested in a Goodman two stage furnaces with multi speed ECM motor as it had really strong reviews online. Although all the companies provided a similar price, Kevin was by far the most patient and helpful person i dealt with. He really made sure I had all the information I needed and I didn't feel pressured at all. The installation was completed on time and done professionally. David came by to inspect the job after it was complete and taught me how to use the new thermostat. I am satisfied with Quality Home Comfort and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company

We had to get our system replaced in our new investment property and Kevin was not only able to provide a quick response but the quote was fair and it was apparent this company was genuine from the start. The installation was completed on time and it was a seamless process. David was able to clearly explain the installation process and provided great tips on how to maintain the system. Contract was for replacement of gas fired furnace, AC coil and compressor. Very satisfied with price and workmanship. This was a difficult installation in a duplex because of space requirements, access and newer code requirements for exhaust. When we ran into unforseen problems during installation they came up with clever solutions .Could be a bit faster with communication but very knowledgeable and competent contractor.

During one visit, David inspected and maintained our central heating and AC system (incl. humidifier). He also diagnosed the problems with two malfunctioning fireplaces and fixed one of them, diagnosed and repaired a malfunctioning floor heating system in master bedroom and identified the problem with a window AC unit.
It was an unique experience. David is not only very experienced and knowledgeable but works very systematic, explaining everything he does. He also gave a lot of tips on how to prevent problems and save energy. And all that for a very competitive price!!

Work was performed satisfactorily. Timing of follow ups and responses to email/phone calls was slow - I had to remind Kevin/David a few times to respond and it usually took a week or more for them to follow up.

Kevin came by and gave me a recommendation for a new AC when ours broke down for the last time. His price was good but more importantly I felt I was a priority. David installed the AC for us and everything was great. I’m happy with the service.
