I recently had a new furnace and my first central air conditioner installed. Both Kevin & his father David were great professional people to deal with. The prices were very fair and I was very happy they use a Canadian product. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. In my opinion the service was top notch and I would recommend Quality Home Comfort to anyone.

I was looking for a professional to connect the natural gas bbq with the gas line in my backyard. I contacted Kevin from Quality home comfort and he was very responsive in providing the service. He was able to accommodate the same day service even though his schedule was jam-packed. The service person arrived on time, maintained appropriate the social distance and delivered a spectacular service.

Kevin helped me with a new air conditioner on short notice. He provided me with the lowest quote of the three I received and the best warranty. The entire installation was supervised and inspected by David and was completed without any mess. They are clean and professional. The installation was completed within 2 days of signing the contract and the old AC was removed. I’m very happy and would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service provided - extending gas service to my back yard and plumbing for a fire pit and gas barbecue. Kevin and David took good care of me, and came back quickly to repair a puncture made by my deck guys by accident so that we didn’t lose time on that job. Will definitely have them back when the fireplace and gas stove are in.

Purchased a new BBQ. Was surprised that the gas line didn’t fit existing hookup at house. Spoke to Kevin and he explained that the coupler needed to be changed to accommodate the new line. His father David was able to come over that same day and fix it in time for dinner that night. Great job and incredible service.

Needed advice on heating a large, old, three story home in Toronto, and to understand what the options were for heating it more effectively. Got excellent, expert advice from David, as well as some actual improvements as we went through the house: if any improvements could be made on the spot, he was ready to do them. David explained how things worked and took the time to answer my questions. No question was too small to be answered patiently and clearly. I appreciate that he explained the pros and cons of different solutions without trying to do a sales job for one thing or another. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the issues and can make a plan for improvements going forward

I’ve been calling David for years to service my parents’ and my own home. He is thorough, professional, and caring. Just called for my yearly maintenance and it was excellent as usual. They are experts with boilers. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for an HVAC company. Great family business.
