Excellent service from first contact to installation. I would highly recommend Kevin for any hvac services.

Kevin was really easy to work with and provided prompt replies. Two team members came to complete the work and provided a walk-through of what work they did which was helpful. Overall I am satisfied with the work that they have provided and would recommend their services.

I had Kevin and his team take care of the duct cleaning in my home. They were extremely professional, efficient and accommodating to my schedule. I am very happy with their service and will be using them again in the future!

Our hot water tank stopped working. After looking at a few other options, I chose Quality Home Comfort because of their outstanding reviews. Kevin understood my urgency to have this issue fixed and came the same day to gauge what needed to be done. We decided to go tankless as it was highly recommended by Kevin for its efficiency and space saving benefits. They came back after one day to remove the existing tank and install the new tankless system. Not only did they live up to expectations, but they were professional, personable, quick, and thorough with the task at hand. I definitely recommend Quality Home Comfort to everyone.

Two workers came and finished the duct cleaning in 2 hrs. They were very polite and did a very professional job. They also followed through with communication quickly and I was able to book them within days of the request. I appreciated this.

Their prices are on par with other companies.

Broke my dryer vent (cost me $140 to fix). Bent a few intake vent ridges. Broke a ground vent cover.
Ilyas is good, other guy was difficult to deal with.

Do not recommend. Did not notice any difference in air quality or amount.

Good work done. They came on time and did good work. Got the call within a day of submitting on homestars.

After the job was completed, we had to do a major cleaning of the entire house: everything was covered in a fine dust, as well as finding some dust bunnies.

Also, the doorframe for the basement was slightly damaged and needed to be painted.

Kevin was able to accommodate a last minute scheduling request for us on late Sunday night and he sent Elias and team.

Elias was great but the person accompanying him was not good. He was lazy and Elias had to remind him to remove cloth cover from ducts after vacuum but he still missed some clothes.

Overall a good experience because of Kevin and Elias
