Adt Protectron - Out of Business

We had ADT come to our home and install an alarm system on our main floor and basement windows and we also sogned up to have them monitor our house on a monthly basis. The alarm system worked fine for the first year but then we had a false alarm in the middle of the night from the sensor in our patio door. Not only did the sensor malfunction but our system wasn't installed correctly so the loud alarm didn't go off. We had no idea our alarm had been triggered until they phoned us at 3 am because the alarm was supposedly going off. They came out and services the system but we had another 2 false alarms. After them coming out and telling us they didn't have a solution we cancelled our service with ADT
