Priority Plumbing

After a long time of dealing with a leaking pipe under my sink I finally decided to call a plumber. I reached out to Priority Plumbing and am extremely happy with the job they did! They were friendly and did the job efficiently without leaving any mess. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing issues.

I had a clogged drain and called Priority Plumbing immediately. They were very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and efficient. I would call them again and recommend to friends!

Don't believe multitude of glowing reviews. Before even diagnosing the problem, the service technician was already trying to up-sell me, as well as wanting to replace my kitchen faucet. They quoted me $298+tax (+$56.49 for the service call) to run a drain snake. Outrageous. Still had to pay the $56.49 to get him to leave. Got a referral from a friend and took care of the issue for $120, (tax in) from another reputable company listed here on HomeStars. Priority Plumbing is very courteous, but I'm not sure overcharging and up-selling qualify as "professional".

I was very happy with the work performed by the company, and by Kyle and his partner. I went with Priority Plumbing because I appreciated their professional approach to discussing my needs, and how thorough they were in providing a quote. Kyle and his partner did excellent work, were thorough in checking that everything was done properly, and left everything in excellent working condition. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Greg from Priority Plumbing hooked me up. My kitchen sink drain was blocked really bad, really greasy pipes, no off the shelf products or snaking tools could get through it. They hooked up some pressure system and pulled out all the junk from the pipes, including some rock-like grease build up, it is as good as new now. They also cut off the existing pipe and put an attachment on so that we can get to it easier in the future. Also, identified the tube coming from my dishwasher was not properly secured so they attached it up higher to make sure that if the sink backs up again, the water does not flow into the dishwasher causing a spill over. Very nice guys! Really appreciate fixing it quickly and providing some preventative tips!

I cannot believe that you get charged an estimate of $56.00 and then on top, to be told that it would cost over $900.00 to install a toilet.. I do not recommend these plumbers...PERIOD.. We called another plumber to get the service done for $200.00 plus..

We highly recommend Mathew W and Priority Plumbing and will be calling them back for future plumbing needs. Mathew came to our home within 24 hours of calling to request servicing. He carefully listened to our needs, offered suggestions and alternatives and helped us prioritize our projects based on budget. We had a bathroom sink pipe and faucet replaced, a shower pipe fixed, and a basement utility sink and indoor/outdoor piping repaired within a timely manner. All while patiently answering my highly inquisitive and chatty 3 year old's many questions!!! Best plumber ever-- would recommend Mathew anytime.

Spring arrived and we turned on our outdoor water supply. We were surprised when the water began leaking into the house instead of flowing out to the hose tap. PP responded to our call and Trevor arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly as worn faucet connections. He replaced both our warm and cold outbound water faucets with more efficient levers. The job required soldering and he was careful to protect the surrounding area, temporarily disconnected our fire alarm and did it all with utmost professionalism.It was an expensive fix but we always feel secure when Trevor does the work and know that PP stands behind it. Might have had the work done by another supplier for a bit less but ultimately water damage inside would have been horrendous. Thanks Trevor. Great work!

Exceptional service. Fast, efficient and couldn't have been more concerned about the quality of the work. I can't wait to have another plumbing issue just so I can use these guys again. Thank-you!
