Don't believe multitude of glowing reviews. Before even diagnosing the problem, the service technician was already trying to up-sell me, as well as wanting to replace my kitchen faucet. They quoted me $298+tax (+$56.49 for the service call) to run a drain snake. Outrageous. Still had to pay the $56.49 to get him to leave. Got a referral from a friend and took care of the issue for $120, (tax in) from another reputable company listed here on HomeStars. Priority Plumbing is very courteous, but I'm not sure overcharging and up-selling qualify as "professional".

Company Response

Hi Mike, I couldn't have provided service to you for the $100 that you wished to pay. Our prices are based on our costs to provide a higher quality and more reliable service. This is why we always give our price before we start. With regards to the faucet, I had to turn the water on to test the drain as part of my diagnosis and when I noticed that it barely opened, I asked if you wanted me to fix it. Not sure why that would upset you but I'm sorry if it did.
