It's a bitter November day and my furnace has been off for 30 hours. Coming off my fifth call to customer service with another company I needed someone who was interested in actually solving my problem. I found Premi-Air due their rating on this site. My call was answered and I was transferred right away to Victor who made me his eyes and hands, diagnosed my problem, and solved it in under 10 minutes. No service call and the heat is back! I will be asking them to quote the new furnace I know I'll need in the next 2-3 years.
