Pool Craft

My husband and I have been planning this backyard complete renovation for quite some time, and this took place during the pandemic with planning process started in 2020. From the point when we first reached out to Pool Craft, which was quite some years prior the pandemic, Rick from Pool Craft truly left us a great impression of the professionalism from the company and very knowledgeable. When it came to the time that we were ready to commit to the pool/backyard reno, we re-connected back to Pool Craft right away. From getting in touch with many pool companies and other trades during the pandemic, Pool Craft was consistent and responsive during the entire planning process. Throughout the construction stage, communication was made timely and accurate that we were very comfortable throughout the entire working relationship. Also, through the workmanship of their own staff and trades they are associated with, we can truly see how they pride themselves differently from the rest of the vendors in the market. We were glad that we chose to work with them as we could feel how they cared for each of their projects as their own and they truly put their name behind each step. We have now been enjoying our backyard oasis for almost 4 months now and never regretted a single moment during this entire process!
