Buyer Beware:
Ordered front entrance ( door ,windows and interior mouldings) from Pollard. The installation was two weeks late from the planned installation date. When they finally came to install the entrance the window was 12 inches too short. In addition, I was told that the moulding was going to match the rest of the molding I have throughout my house but it didn't. Pollard was only will to offer me $250.00 compensation for something that was a complete mistake on their part from ordering to installation. I took time off work to be home the installation twice. National Sale Manager mentioned" Pollard's policy in these situations is to prioritize manufacturing of the replacement product; we do not offer financial compensation". They actually have a policy to there mistakes. I guess it happens frequently. So if you think your going to get the Lowes/Home Depot customer service experience which actually take accountability when they are wrong, think again. To top it off, the installation guys cut my newly installed hardwood floor to get the door in and now the floor is squeaks because they cut the nailed down portion. I now have to call back the flooring contractor to fix the floor. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. You soon be rated at below 5.

Our policy is to always try to make it right as quickly as possible. I think that's a great policy for a company to follow. We corrected our error as quickly as we could and even added the casing at no charge which was not on the order. We apologized and rectified as quickly as possible. Our policy if we make a mistake ....get it corrected asap.
