Ten years ago I used this company to do a complete bathroom renovation . I was happy with the work done by them , although they were a little pricey . Eight years later I had an issue with the shower stall that was completely my fault ,so I went to see them , hoping they would be able to help me .
It was in the winter time when I went to the Plumbing House and the store was very cold and the owner was very unfriendly . I think it was because he wouldn't be making much money on our repair as we didn't need to buy anything fom him , we just wanted access to the contractor he used . I made it clear I was willing to pay for any service required and that we would do the repair , through his company . he really didnt want to know , and so we left ,
We got someone at a home show to do the repair at less than half of what the plumbing House wanted . A year after this i had to do a repair on the toilet tank , so I headed to the Plumbing House . When i got there a man and his wife were being served by the owner , so I stood quietly at the side of the counter for about ten minutes till they were finished . While i was waiting I noticed the owner looking at my hand , as I had a washer in my hand that i wanted to replace .
just when the man and his wife were leaving , a contractor came in and the owner fixed his gaze on a bigger fish than me .He started to talk to the contractor and completely ignored me . it turned out that the contractor had purchased a part earlier that day and it had been the wrong part .so he came back to chang it . So because he was a contractor and I only wanted a small washer ( so he thought ) . I was ignored . I wouldnt have minded if he had said "would you mind if i served this guy ahead of you , to get him back to work . But no , I was ignored , so i left . I walked out of the store and he let me , i never said a word , nor did he .And i will never , ever go back . The End .
