Pioneer Family Pools

I would like to thank (Barrie) Pioneer pools for our 15 X 30 Venture pool. The sales staff, Mark, answering most of my questions and Kelly who orchestrated the installation were excellent to work with. The installation group lead by Scott and his team did a excellent job. They had to travel from Barrie to Minden and were on time both days of installation. All the young men involved were very polite with us when asked questions.

We hired Pioneer pools to install an in-ground pool last year. We went with an L-shaped pool with a salt water system (Nature 2 FusionSoft), heater and ozone system. Overall, the process was really simple and everyone that worked on the project was helpful and trustworthy. It was the largest renovation project that we have been through, and although we had some anxiety at some points, our fears were washed away by the professionalism of everyone at Pioneer Pools. We also hired Cedar Springs to complete the project and I have never seen two firms work better together on one project. The timing of all aspects of the build was arranged between Cedar Springs and Pioneer Pools and we were able to go about our lives while the project worked through the various stages. We did not have to chase or follow up with anyone.

The work was completed in November 2017 so this is our first taste of summer with the pool and new backyard, and we are absolutely thrilled. The total project was exactly what we expected and have fallen in love with our new oasis in our backyard. The final pool orientation was a nice finishing touch and we are very comfortable with managing our pool for the next 10+ years.

Well... decided to get my liner changed and installed by pioneer. Worst decision ever.
Today was the 4th time they tried to fix a wrinkle in the liner .(liner was installed a year ago initially) nothing looks fixed and they just left and started filling up the pool like it was done.
I asked one of their installers (peter) to have a look under the liner and to properly reinstall it since the entire bottom of the pool looks bumpy and not smooth. Looks like crap.
He assured me they will re-trowel the sand underneath and that they will remove the rock I pointed to him that was stuck under the liner. Well I came home today. Bottom of the pool still bumpy and looks like crap. Rock is still there and wrinkle... still there.
Save your money . Go somewhere else. I will be seeking legal advice if this doesnt get addressed asap. I suspect entire liner needs to be replaced because they measured it too big for my pool ..hence the wrinkle that wont go away. This is the 3rd time I had to drain my pool for nothing .

After 4 years the table set we purchased still look great, get lots of compliments from friends and family... The service dept knows their products very well and they provide quick delivery.

Form start to finish, the service was terrific. Adreanna was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and never pushed us to make a quick decision. We found the set we wanted, but the colour was wrong; she was able to find slipcovers in our desired colour in previous years’ stock. The dining chairs were out of stock at the end of the season, so we were willing to wait until the spring; however she searched around for us and had some shipped very quickly from Barrie. Even the delivery was seamless, with the items arriving on time, and carried to the backyard by helpful, pleasant guys. Prices were good and quality is great.

After consulting with several pool companies in the area, my wife and I met with Chris at Pioneer pools. He was extremely helpful during the entire process. Chris took the time to show us what his company has been able to do for other clients and helped us design a pool for our yard that we love.

However, what my wife and I appreciated most was the communication throughout the process. When we encountered installation delays outside of Pioneer's control (weather conditions) we were frequently updated and new arrangements were easily made.

We would strongly recommend anyone considering to look at a pool installation to sit down and discuss with Chris and see if he can help you as well.

I can't say anything but great things about Pioneer Pools in Hamilton. I have purchased two pools from them in the last 6 years (bought an above ground pool 6 years ago and upgraded to an inground pool this past fall). Both Dale and Chris were absolutely amazing to work with. In the beginning, Dale walked us through all the steps from planning, purchasing, permits and so on and even after all was said and done, he remembered me and my family and would always say hello when he saw us in the store. 6 years later Dale introduced us to Chris who helped us turn a dream of having a backyard oasis into a reality. Chris was engaged throughout the entire process from start to finish and always had our best interests in mind with everything he did.

Now, to me that was just about the sales process. What I find truly sets Pioneer Family Pools in Hamilton apart from everyone else is the post sales treatment. The word Family is in their company name for a reason. Every time I walk into the store to get my water tested or because I need to get some chemicals, accessories or parts, they want to help to make sure you aren't just buying things, but that you are getting what you need. As noted, if Dale or Chris are in the store, they make an effort to come over and say hello and are always checking to make sure everything is going ok. They really make you feel like a member of the family.

Very satisfied with my experiences with Pioneer Pools - Fairview. They offer great customer service (Adreanna), great valued products, and deliver as promised. Have used them for past 5 years for multiple additions & replacement pieces to patio and am always welcomed "back" and pleased with service product knowledge and ability to satisfy needs. Wold not hesitate in referring this store and staff to others. Feels like a real family run shop and people enjoy working there and servicing their customers. John (Burlington)

Based on the experience and customer service, we would definitely recommend Pioneer Pools and use their services again.

Adreanna truly went above and beyond in her ability to assist with our purchase of Patio furniture. Her insight, opinions and suggestions were invaluable. There was a slight issue with the furniture and it was resolved immediately with many options presented. So thrilled with the patio furniture we purchased and the overall experience!

We truly enjoyed working with Adreanna and look forward to working with her again in the future.

We were then faced with the challenge of choosing a new pool liner. The options were endless and a little overwhelming. With the assistance of Beatta, we were able to choose a liner . Beatta's patience, experience and honest opinions were greatly appreciated. We got to know Beatta on a personal level with all our visits in to view the liners. Looking forward to the installation in the spring!

We installed a pool with pioneer in the summer of 2017. Our pool turned out exactly as we expected. It was on time and on budget. the work was excellent and the sub contractors recommended to us were also great. Jeremy spent a lot of time working with us on the design and helped us pick the best options within our budget. We were swimming two weeks after the build started. We are very happy with our pool and the service provided.
