After consulting with several pool companies in the area, my wife and I met with Chris at Pioneer pools. He was extremely helpful during the entire process. Chris took the time to show us what his company has been able to do for other clients and helped us design a pool for our yard that we love. However, what my wife and I appreciated most was the communication throughout the process. When we encountered installation delays outside of Pioneer's control (weather conditions) we were frequently updated and new arrangements were easily made.
