Pool Installation and Follow Up Customer Service

This company is happy to take your money but their follow up customer service is non-existent. You can leave messages, send emails etc but there is rarely a response. We have had pools and had them serviced only by Pioneer for the last 30 years. The service in Oakville is outstanding. Burlington service is at best indifferent. This will be our last pool from Pioneer!
