Very unprofessional would recommend going to another company they came and did measurements give me an estimate approved it they screwed up charge me another $700 Then they tried to charge me another $1000 dollars on top for their mistakes. Very disorganized and unethical Company. No customer service whatsoever.

I have had and throughly enjoyed both for esthetics and functionalit back and front door Phamthom screens for 17 years. The magnets, mesh and handles were showing their age so I called to have them serviced. I was asked by the very competent receptioniSt for my telephone number. Within a minute she confirmed all my personal details (obviously still in their records), name, address etc. She set up the appointment and advised my handles and magnets are lifetime warranty and would be replaced free. I could not believe it. The service technician was fabulous. He overhauled the mechanisms, replaced the mesh, handles and magnets and was on his way. My doors now look brand new again. I realize there are similar products on the market but the quality and value for your investment - Phanthom in my eyes cannot be beat. Love them.

Best purchase if youre looking for airflow through your home. We have a double front door and purchased a cheap knockoff version 10 years ago. Started deteriorating within the first year. My advice to youYOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. You will never regret the investment in this screen.

Replacement doors due to a fire. From measuring to install (including the technician suggesting a better colour than the original order), couldn’t have been happier. Prompt, efficient, courteous service.
