I was impressed with your company from start to finish. I prefer a "family run" business and was immediately attracted to the fact that two brothers own and operate your company. Your employees are courteous, informative, consistent workers and job site was cleaned up at the end of each day. Your company both wants and does a good job and will go the extra mile to make sure your customers are happy and satisfied.

Roof Replacement (Landmark Pro Shingles)

This company is A+ all the way. They return your call promptly. They schedule an appointment and clearly explain all of your options. Their communication is exceptional (both oral and written) throughout the process. You always know where you stand. They arrive, do an exceptional job and clean up so well that you would not know anyone had ever been around your home working. Their workmanship is exemplary. They get an honourable mention for protecting our home, while we were waiting for the roof to be done, so that no further water leakage would occur, thus, preventing more damage. We highly recommend them.

All new roof

We had Brian out to look at the old roof on the house we were buying before we took possession. This company is outstanding! They may not be the cheapest roofing company out there but you definitely get what you pay for. They reshingled our roof, replaced rotted boards, installed a ridge vent, and all new aluminum including eaves, downspouts, soffits, fascia, and leaf guards, plus more.
Recently we had to have an electrician go up in the attic. He was dreading it because it was one of the hottest days of the year (over 41 with humidity) and there was a few hours of work up their. When I spoke to the electrician he said it was one of the best attics he'd been in, in such an old house.

I choose Walker Contracting because of their reputation long time in business, Etobicoke based, super website and flyers. Walker Contracting people are helpful, friendly, respectful, experienced, patient. They go beyond others, pre-planning was filled with expert advice and suggestions. I'll have you back without hesitation or concerns. No surprises-am absolutely, without reserve, pleased!!!!

We had a great experience when our roof was done several years ago. Everyone is very professional, from Sales all the way to the installers. The job started on time (actually a few weeks early) and was completed when said. No mess was left behind. We've has many comments about how beautiful our new windows look & we agree! A great job!

All employees, whether on the phone or in person, were very courteous and always willing to provide information, answer questions, and/or clarify the roofing process. When the roof was replaced, the employees were polite, knowledgeable, focused, and worked as a cohesive team. Great care and attention were given to the gardens and the surrounding area e.g. neighbours. Walker Contracting is truly a professional organization from the beginning to end of contact!
