Roofing review in Toronto

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Just a note to say "thank you" to you and your team for a marvelous job over this pas summer. I have a relatively new house with many shortcomings that have surfaced relative to the original installation of my roof and eavestroughs. You and your team pointed out how these shortcomings has led to numerous leaks that have been detected inside my house over the past 12 to 18 months. Although your price was certainly not the cheapest, I am so thankful I agreed to have both your roofing team and eavestrough team remove and replace what could otherwise be considered terrible workmanship by the original installer. As you know, I have a relatively large home and I certainly do not want to go through the aggravation of making roof repairs on an ongoing basis. As such, followed your recommendations and am extremely happy I did. May I extend my thanks to Ted, Matt, Ray, Andrew, Bernard, Albert, Willie, Bleron, Eddie, Edjon, and Dave. Their workmanship was exemplary and equally as important as I have told them myself, their conduct while onsite was exemplary. All members of your team were professional, kept a low profile, and executed the job with speed and expertise with a magnificent clean up following the completion of this exercise. My compliments once again, and I congratulate yourself Dave, and Greg, and the entire Walker team for making the customer extremely satisfied.

Thoroughly happy with the job. Walker Contracting did what they said they would do, on time, no surprises.....super cleanup...one job done right after the other....in a week all three jobs complete. So happy with the results. Looks like a new house.

New roof

The crew were there on time, completed the work in a most reasonable short time frame, cleaned up all the debris and were very polite. The follow up by Peter Walker was much appreciated when we contacted him about possible problems with our eave troughs.

from the onset, the Walkers were knowledgeable, honest, thorough and followed through on expectations. The crews were courteous, worked well together and clearly were keen to do a thorough and well done job. We have full confidence that our new roof will weather the elements well and have no reservations recommending the Walker brothers to others.

Peter & Greg Walker Contracting Inc. Provided an excellent workmanship, the crew were very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. They kept the property very clean throughout the project including the neighbours. I am very pleased with the quality of work, and done in a safe manner.

They redid our roof after having another new roof 6 years prior from a terrible contractor - this old roof caused mold and rot in the wood. They replaced everything and were very professional from their consultations to the end result. We even just recently had a raccoon pull up 3 tiles and they came to fix it for us. While they are expensive, I think you get what you pay for in this case.

We had professional service from start to finish. They arrived to complete the work when they said they would and completed it in the time frame they had indicated. Cleaned up the job site perfectly after and came back to fix one small issue as soon as I called them

Despite a great initial meeting with this company, we were disappointed in the final product and they were unwilling to return to address our concerns with the roof they installed. We even purchased the highest quality shingles they offered at their recommendation. I would not recommend them to anyone. And they offered no customer service once the invoice was paid.
