Penfolds Roofing & Solar

After receiving three quotes (all were pretty close) so price was a consideration but was not a major factor in the decision. We went with Penfolds as we liked their product and they had a good warranty with it. It was also nice to be able to charge the entire project and earn Aeroplan points. :)

We really enjoyed the professionalism of the salespeople, but even more from the actual crew. There were just some very small questions we had and everything was taken care of immediately. They were cleaning up as they were going along, so our property never looked like it was getting a new roof. Pricing was great, and it was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much !

Very professional from start to finish. Penfolds did the work necessary to secure the proper permits and followed up to ensure the work was inspected and approved. This is the second project which they have completed for us to our complete satisfaction.

Excellent series for meeting with Jason who explained everything. Excellent 4 person work crew led by Greg who all worked hard for 7 days without any dawdling in the blazing sun. They really knew what they were doing. The organizing of materials, toilet, extensive plant protection etc was first rate and the end of every day everything was tied / cleaned up including the gutters. The roof has yet to be tested with the coming major rains. Penfolds overall did a first rate job and I would recommend them highly.

Jesse and his crew did an amazing job with the install and their attention to detail was much appreciated. They treated our roof like it was their own. They increased the depth of our hidden gutters to improve drainage - which had always been poor, (with no cost to the original estimate).
We love the look of the rubber shingles and have had many compliments.
The curb appeal has increased considerably. The eco roof may be pricier, but we absolutely feel it was worth it.

Penfolds did an excellent job of reroofing our flat "torch on" roof. It was done on time and in budget. There was excellent communication from the Technical Advisor, the crew doing the work and the Project Coordinator. They were very professional at every step and the 10 year workmanship and 20 year Product warranty gives us a huge peace of mind.

Penfold's had previously put a new roof on our house and garage, and installed solar panels on our garage roof. We were so happy with their service that we hired them again to put solar panels on the roof of our house. They were excellent to work with, from start to finish, and helped us navigate the process of getting a federal no-interest loan that fully covered the cost of the solar installation! Quote was thorough and timely, they helped confirm my facia board replacement (only company who quoted a $ amount) they communicated next steps well and had the roof, facia boards replaced and cleaned up in two days. Excellent workmanship and very happy with the new look. They even painted my chimney black to match the roof. Attention to details.
